It does not look great, but the taste is good, though I would say maybe less syrup would be better. It also has less fat in it.
ingredients:
- 1 cup of oat
- 1/2 cup of whey protein powder, or other protein powder
- 1/2 cup of apple sause
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup (not necessary)
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tsp grapeseed oil
